Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an exceptional first impression and welcoming environment
Conducting tours and consultations with prospective members
Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services
Contributing to membership sales and retention
Supporting member engagement and overall experience
Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a seamless journeyGreet and check in members and guests warmly and efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries.
Manage member sign-ups, cancellations, and class bookings using gym software.
Handle cash, card, and online payments for memberships and retail items.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Monitor member access and enforce gym policies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
Communicate member feedback or concerns to management.
Promote gym programs, services, and merchandise.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking or membership software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, approachable, and skilled demeanor.
