This full time, permanent role is pivotal in executing strategic programming initiatives throughout Inuit Nunangat. You will oversee grant management, foster partnerships, and lead community-informed projects that address diverse needs. By collaborating closely with communities, you will enhance Inuit leadership in stewardship and conservation efforts while adapting programs to evolving circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program initiatives across Inuit Nunangat
• Develop actionable workplans and timelines
• Cultivate relationships with funders and community partners
• Communicate strategic priorities and impact clearly
• Manage a portfolio of grants and funding relationships
Requirements:
• Experience in philanthropy or community development
• Familiarity with Inuit governance and Northern institutions
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Background in managing partnerships or funding portfolios
• Flexibility to travel within Canada as needed
