Pay rate range (CAD): $76.70/hr – $92.04/hr
Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and execute future-state and near-term cross-channel content experiences
Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, user-centered content
Ensure programs, policies, and practices comply with internal and external standards while aligning with business priorities
Apply user-centered design methodologies to create accessible and customer-focused content
Participate across all product development phases, including ideation, user research, planning, and post-launch evaluation
Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers to deliver optimal solutions for users
Manage sensitive correspondence and information with discretion and **escalate** issues when appropriate
Maintain compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (financial controls, transaction approvals, etc.)
Contribute as a content design expert within cross-functional initiatives, helping identify risks and provide guidance
Lead content design projects, supporting the development and delivery of presentations and communication strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advice and solutions within the broader organizational context
Analyze complex problems, synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders to develop effective solutions
Execute tasks independently from end to end,
aligning with project leads and stakeholders
Desired Skill-Set Strong expertise in plain language content and communication
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience developing WCAG/Accessibility compliant content
Proven ability to obtain regulatory approvals
Willingness to collaborate with diverse teams
Self-motivated, versatile, organized, and accountable
Experience in financial services is a plus
Public Site experience is desirable
Nice to Have Experience working in financial institution environments
Background in design strategies, human factors, or psychology
