As a crucial member of Wuxly's Product & Design team, you will report to the VP, Industrial Design & Product Development. This position requires a robust background in pattern development, grading, and fit refinement, essential for transforming concepts into production-ready patterns. Collaborate closely with teams across Industrial Design and Manufacturing to support both defence and consumer-focused apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production-ready patterns for tactical and outerwear
• Optimize patterns for fit, mobility, and performance
• Maintain organized digital pattern libraries and standards
• Participate in fit sessions and prototype evaluations
• Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues
Requirements:
• 7-10 years pattern-making experience
• Strong knowledge of digital pattern-making software
• Proven track record in technical outerwear
• Diploma or degree in relevant field
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
