MNP is seeking a Senior Director, Learning & Development to lead the national L&D; agenda, shaping strategy, budgets and governance across the firm. You will partner with National Human Capital and regional leaders to align learning with business priorities and technology enablement.
You will oversee AI-enabled learning design governance, manage vendor relationships, and drive measurement of learning impact to support firm growth and culture. Fluency in English required, French is a plus.
