The City of Windsor is seeking a Legal Counsel (Real Estate) to provide comprehensive legal services with emphasis on real estate and corporate/commercial matters. You will represent the City in transactions, draft agreements and by-laws, and support funding approvals, reporting to the Deputy City Solicitor.
Ideal candidates hold a JD/LLB, are in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and can travel as needed. This is a Temporary Full time role within Legal Services & Risk Management.
