Anyware Robotics is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement in a quick-growing startup. You’ll partner with the People Ops Lead to build scalable processes and use AI tools to automate routine tasks.
You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for engineers, roboticists, and business professionals, maintain ATS data, and contribute to benefits, payroll, and performance management while upholding California employment laws and confidentiality.
