At the Mount Milligan Mine, you’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the reliability of mill operations. As a Trade Electrician, your core responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment as well as adhering to safety standards. You’ll collaborate closely with other trades and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain electrical equipment in the mill and shop
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various electrical systems
• Troubleshoot high-voltage cables and diagnose electrical circuits




• Install and repair medium and low-voltage switchgear
• Document work and communicate job status to supervision

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification required
• Three years of electrical maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
