We are looking for an experienced leader with 5-8 years in environmental consulting and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. This role centers on managing client portfolios, guiding project managers, and ensuring compliance across diverse projects in the land development and construction sectors. You will be instrumental in maintaining high satisfaction and optimizing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive client relationships for all projects
• Oversee and coach project managers, tracking performance
• Manage scope intake, change orders,



and budget compliance
• Ensure timely invoicing and adherence to financial KPIs
• Facilitate team meetings to align on project goals

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of environmental consulting experience
• 3-5 years supervising project managers
• Strong budget and financial management skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in construction
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory
