In this new position, you will report to the Regional Counsel and support Delta's operations in Canada, primarily focusing on Delta Controls Inc. and Trihedral. Your role encompasses contract drafting, negotiations, compliance with privacy and cybersecurity laws, and corporate governance. Collaboration with sales, engineering, HR, and finance teams will be essential to ensure seamless legal support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various agreements and contracts
• Support public sector bids and government contracts




• Maintain contract templates and train business teams
• Advise on IP protection and software licensing
• Manage corporate records and legal compliance

Requirements:
• JD/LLB or equivalent law degree
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience
• Membership in a Canadian provincial law society
• Experience in technology or commercial law preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
