Reporting directly to the VP, you will oversee strategic risk assessments and compliance programs that safeguard operations and support organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify and mitigate enterprise risks, provide recommendations, and offer compliance oversight to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the oversight and enhancement of the ERM framework
• Manage the Enterprise Risk Registry and assessment processes
• Analyze emerging risks and implement mitigation strategies




• Oversee compliance program structures and policy development
• Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare risk management
• Proven leadership in enterprise-wide risk programs
• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance regulations
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
