Superviseur principal de chantier (Lead Supervisor) – Installation et mise en service d’éoliennes Ce poste exige une disponibilité complète pour les déplacements (100 %). L’affectation se fera sur différents sites de construction selon les projets en cours.
Le groupe des Lead Supervisors au sein de l’équipe VAME CPX regroupe des experts techniques reconnus dans l’installation et la mise en service des éoliennes Vestas. Ces professionnels assurent le leadership opérationnel sur les chantiers et veillent à la réalisation sécuritaire et efficace des projets.
Responsabilités Superviser les activités d’exécution des projets CPX sur le chantier.
Agir comme principal collaborateur et bras droit du directeur de la construction.
Planifier et coordonner le travail quotidien des techniciens.
Assurer la gestion complète des activités du site, depuis la livraison du premier composant jusqu’au transfert final de la dernière éolienne à l’équipe de service.
Encadrer, former et accompagner les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer leur développement professionnel et leur performance.
Qualifications Niveau Technicien III ou expérience équivalente.
Expérience en installation d’éoliennes dans le cadre d’un projet de construction Vestas ou connaissances équivalentes acquises sur le terrain.
Expérience dans la réalisation d’inspections mécaniques (« Mechanical Walkdowns »).
Expérience à titre de superviseur ou de responsable d’une équipe de mise en service d’éoliennes (« Turbine Commissioning Crew »).
Compétences recherchées Bonne maîtrise des logiciels et outils informatiques de bureau.
Leadership naturel et capacité reconnue à mobiliser et diriger une équipe.
Formation ou expérience avec les plateformes SAP et Procore.
Solides compétences organisationnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel
Qualifications Technician Tech III Level (or comparable)
Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project
Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew
