Our lawyers lead high‑stakes cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, along with municipal, planning, and expropriation law.
Overview Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. This role combines writing, editing, and content management (including website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, and more) with strategic project support, research and analysis, presentation development, and other related activities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Marketing by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
Create, draft, edit, and publish engaging social media campaigns and promotional materials for the year and monitor KPIs
Draft copy for articles, publications, events, website content (including SEO‑optimized content), CRM campaigns, etc.
Review, monitor,
evaluate paid search campaigns and support multi‑channel marketing initiatives (e.g., Demand Gen, Performance Max)
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on event‑related items, including developing event‑related copy, brainstorming graphic designs that align with campaign objectives and attend firm events
Create strategies to ensure brands are implemented across all marketing channels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and support project execution
Coordinate with legal publications for paid and earned media, including writing copy for award submission, articles, and biographies, etc.
Draft press releases and support media relations initiatives
Assist in planning and executing monthly Marketing Committee meetings and act as meeting notetaker
Maintain and update Trauma Resource Directory, its social media, and other mailing lists throughout the year
Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and manage project timelines
Conduct research and remain current on market and industry trends
Perform other duties as required
Education/Experience 2-8 years of marketing and communications experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
Strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and online research capabilities
CRM experience is required (HubSpot preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, etc.,
and the ability to learn new software and operating systems (e.g. Adobe Express, Kofax Power PDF, WordPress, Monday.com, Hootsuite, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree is required
Skills/Abilities Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of grammar
Highly organized and proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
High degree of initiative and creativity
Understanding of SEO/GEO and Google Ads
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Works effectively both independently and within a team
Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to adjust work hours to support business and event requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience
$65,000 – $80,000
Content & Marketing Specialist
5-8 years of relevant experience
$81,000-$95,000
