As a Back of House Lead, you will oversee inventory processes, guide part-time team members, and support eCommerce order fulfillment in a structured, organized environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Scan incoming shipments and maintain accurate shipping logs
• Provide leadership and support to part-time team members
• Process and fulfill eCommerce orders in-store
• Maintain inventory integrity through transfers and consolidations
• Oversee store maintenance, including pricing and merchandising
Requirements:
• 6+ months of retail experience
• Experience in training and mentoring employees
• Ability to manage daily operational plans
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school education or enrollment preferred
