In this full-time, permanent role based at Vancity’s head office, you'll be pivotal in advancing the Affordable Housing Strategy. Your experience in community development, affordable housing, and strategic partnerships will help create innovative housing pathways. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will identify and implement impactful initiatives for lasting change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling content for diverse audiences
• Support leadership presentations and executive briefings
• Design, pilot, and evaluate housing initiatives
• Maintain a pipeline of innovative housing opportunities
• Monitor performance and improve programs based on outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Over 5 years in affordable housing or related fields
• Partnership building experience with diverse stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of housing ecosystems and policies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
