Twin Rivers Pulp Ltd., prides itself on its dedicated employees, the reputation of its high quality products, and its long-term customer relationships. For the Edmundston Pulp Mill, we are currently seeking a: Superintendent Recovery (Power Recovery Cogen) .
* Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation
* Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned area * Power Recovery Cogeneration Department
* Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
* Oversee powerhouse operations (boilers, steam, water systems, and utilities)
* Plant shutdowns, inspections,
and preventive/corrective maintenance
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
* Optimize equipment performance and reliability
* Identify and lead energy efficiency and emission reduction projects
* Track performance standards and recommend improvements
* Ensure required training and certifications are up to date for all employees

Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 Power Engineer certification (or working towards a Class 2)
* 5 - 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
* Experience in team leadership and regulatory compliance
* Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
* Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
