In this role, you will manage stockroom organization and ensure optimal inventory levels while preventing shrink. The Operations Lead is responsible for training and inspiring the operations team, executing store promotions, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee stockroom organization and inventory levels

Requirements:
