Take charge as the Area Department Lead for Public Health and Preventive Medicine in Regina, Saskatchewan. Lead strategic health initiatives, operational plans, and quality improvement in a collaborative healthcare environment.

As a pivotal leader within Saskatchewan's healthcare system, you will work closely with the Area Chief of Staff and the Provincial Department Head. Your role focuses on integrating clinical standards and operational excellence, leading cutting-edge programs, and guiding health quality initiatives across departments. By partnering with administrative leaders, you will help shape effective strategies to meet provincial healthcare goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of operational and business plans
• Support credentialing and management of medical staff reviews




• Collaborate on academic activities with the College of Medicine
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and standards
• Ensure alignment with strategic needs for clinical service delivery

Requirements:
• Licensed medical practitioner with the College of Physicians and Surgeons
• 7+ years in a leadership role, progressively advanced
• Experience in health quality improvement processes
• Additional credentials in Health Care Administration preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and willing to travel
