As the Principal of Strategy Development, you will be pivotal in crafting SGI's long-term strategic plans while ensuring seamless alignment with divisional functional strategies. Your aim will be to drive corporate strategic planning efforts effectively, bearing in mind the broader landscape of SGI, SGI CANADA, and its regional operations, primarily focusing on stakeholder engagement and collaborative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on long-term strategic plan development
• Lead functional strategy support and resource assistance




• Facilitate strategic planning meetings with senior leaders

Requirements:
• Four-year degree in relevant fields
