Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with outstanding hospitality at check-in
• Address guest inquiries regarding hotel services and events
• Resolve complaints and personalize service experiences




• Maintain high standards of professionalism during interactions
• Support guests with accurate information in real-time
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong customer service and cross-cultural sensitivity
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid work authorization for Canada
