In this role, you will monitor and patrol the community, greeting and screening all visitors after hours. Your responsibilities include logging deliveries, responding to emergencies, conducting safety inspections, and documenting incidents. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol community areas for safety
• Greet and screen visitors entering premises
• Log and handle deliveries received overnight




• Conduct routine safety inspections of facilities
• Document all security incidents and activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification needed
• Robust observational and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
