This full time role within the Technology - Operations department requires a leader with strong technical acumen and communication skills. As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate directly with subscribers while designing, documenting, and implementing tailored solutions. Your ability to understand complex requirements and streamline processes will enhance our product delivery and support ongoing system transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subscribers to create innovative solutions
• Lead implementation of approved solutions with expert knowledge




• Maintain detailed enterprise architecture documents and process maps
• Gather and validate business and technical requirements
• Develop actionable execution plans for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years in software engineering
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and enterprise systems
• Experience in Agile environments
