Position: Sterilization Technician

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Assistant to join our team, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Specifics about the role:
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

What you’ll do:
Assist with room set-ups and take-downs to ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
Seat patients and support the clinical team with basic patient needs, including taking blood pressure when required.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to clinic and industry protocols.
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including completing required cycle documentation.
Organize and restock operatories, supplies, and sterilization areas to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Safely handle, sort,



and dispose of biohazardous materials in accordance with clinic protocols.
Support the clinical team in maintaining a safe, organized, and prepared environment for every patient.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare sterilization/infection control role is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
