We are looking for a dedicated, passionate BCBA to join our award-winning team at Treetop ABA. This full-time position blends in-center and remote responsibilities, providing high-quality, individualized care. You will engage in functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and support families in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a small caseload for personalized care
• Create and oversee ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Collaborate with families for cohesive support
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Active BCBA Certification required
• Georgia LBA License required
• Experience with children with autism preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach
