Candidates will provide expert assistance and support to customers in-store while participating in training to build knowledge about wine, beer, and spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using POS/Cash system effectively
• Ask for donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs consistently for extended periods
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN or permit)
• Customer service experience preferred
