Being an HRISAnalyst with us means playing a key role in the evolution of our humanresources systems and processes. As a functional expert, you will beresponsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement ofour Human Resources Information System (HRIS), supporting HR teams, payroll,managers, and business units across the organization.

In acontext of growth, organizational transformation, and the harmonization of HRpractices, you will actively contribute to process improvement, data quality,and the deployment of technology initiatives that help our teams work moreefficiently and effectively.

On adaily basis, you will:

- Participate in theimplementation, integration, and harmonization of HR systems and practicesacross the organization’s various business units;
- Manage the day-to-dayadministration of the HRIS and act as the primary point of contact for HRsystems-related functional issues;
- Maintain the integrity,quality, and consistency of HR data across systems;
- Contribute to theconfiguration, testing, documentation,



and deployment of current HRISfunctionalities;
- Collaborate with vendors andinternal teams to resolve issues and optimize existing processes;
- Produce, analyze, and validateHR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators that supportdecision-making;
- Support workforce planning,compensation, recruitment, training, and performance management activitiesthrough reliable data and meaningful analysis;
- Identify opportunities forautomation and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency;
- Develop and maintain functionaldocumentation, procedures, and user guides related to HR systems;
- Train and support users toencourage effective adoption and use of HR tools;
- Ensure compliance with datagovernance, confidentiality, and information security standards;
- Contribute to the evolution ofHR analytics practices and the implementation of tools that supportorganizational growth.
