We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators to work with children with disabilities. You will play a vital role in individual and small group support, helping children participate in activities and achieve their milestones. Ideal candidates should possess experience with children with additional needs and be enthusiastic about play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to children with enhanced accessibility needs
• Create Personal Program Plans and attend interdisciplinary meetings
• Foster a secure, engaging classroom environment
• Communicate progress and activities with parents effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues on inclusive curriculum design
Requirements:
• Experience supporting children with disabilities or additional needs
• Autism Spectrum Disorder Certificate or similar professional development
• Fluency in ASL communication preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification in Saskatchewan required
