Co-Owner Opportunity – New Hear Right Canada/ENT Location in Barrie, ON

We're excited to announce that Hear Right Canada is expanding in Barrie with a brand-current location!

This will be our second Barrie clinic – and we're looking for a co-owner to help lead the way.

Our new clinic will be a full-service hearing health hub with ENTs on-site.
You'll work side-by-side with one or more ENT specialists to deliver integrated, patient-first care.

This isn't just a job, It's a true ownership opportunity.
What You'll Do:

Help build and lead our newest Barrie location from the ground up

Work closely with on-site ENTs to coordinate seamless patient care

Foster a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard

Be a visible, trusted presence in the Barrie community

What We're Looking For:





A licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

An entrepreneurial spirit – excited by co-owning and building a practice

Strong collaboration skills – you'll work alongside ENTs regularly
