In this role, you will support participants in an emergency stabilization setting, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth. Your expertise in de-escalation strategies and conflict resolution will be vital in maintaining a calm atmosphere, while your commitment to equity and inclusion will enhance team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement person-centered care plans for participants
• Develop therapeutic relationships to support diverse needs
• Navigate crisis situations with effective de-escalation skills




• Collaborate with teams and independently as needed
• Foster an inclusive workplace for all participants

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Services
• At least two years of related experience
• Valid Class G Driver’s License
• Current Broad Record Check within the last 6 months
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification preferred
