We are seeking an organized and professional Customer Service Representative with experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Pay – $50,000/Ann
– Weekly pay every Friday
Shift – Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, delivering timely, accurate information.
Process orders, quotes, and warranty requests in internal systems.
Provide guidance on product features, specifications, and model options.
Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.




Maintain customer records and support general administrative and sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience 2-3 years of direct experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in a manufacturing or technical product environment (asset).
Strong comfort level handling product specifications and technical information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong, professional customer presence.
