This temporary role requires someone adept in coordinating volunteers and staff at various kettle locations. You'll handle scheduling, assist with the orientation of new workers, and maintain effective operations while fostering relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for kettle staff and volunteers
• Manage scheduling and respond to last-minute absences
• Assist with orientation and performance management




• Oversee kettle delivery and secure donation handling
• Host kettles as needed and ensure adequate literature supply

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Minimum 1 year experience in community programs
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
