Lustre Products Ltd. is a local Chilliwack, BC manufacturer and supplier of high-end elevator and escalator parts worldwide. We are currently looking to fill the role of Manufacturing / Assembly.
We Offer: 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday) 3-day weekends, every weekend!
10-hour shifts (7:00am to 5:30pm)

We Want You To: Be reliable, have a solid work ethic, self-motivated, and effectively manage your pace to meet targets and objectives.
Have a high degree of mechanical inclination, focusing on accuracy, quality and detail.
Have 1-3 years of experience operating hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, production and manufacturing machinery (considered an asset)
Experience with clear coating and powder coating (considered an asset)
Be capable of safely lifting up to 50-70 lbs. Able to perform repetitive tasks, including pushing and pulling, while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Communicate, collaborate,



and problem-solve cooperatively within teams.
As a safety precaution, fluency in English is a must.
You Will Gain: Knowledge of modern manufacturing processes; we take raw materials and create high quality custom finished products and components.
A variety of practical skills in metalworking, fabricating, machining, welding, finishing, assembly, quality control and packaging guided by skilled and experienced team members.
Specialized opportunities to contribute and advance your career through training in manufacturing and team support responsibilities, such as first aid, forklift, and apprenticeships.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $23.00 per hour to start
