You will operate various welding equipment and tools, while also mentoring apprentices and junior welders, ensuring high standards and compliance in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and weld structural steel components
• Operate welding equipment and related tools
• Move materials safely to and from workstations




• Mentor apprentices and share safe work practices
• Conduct daily crane checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of structural steel welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in Fluxcore and Metalcore welding
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Robust communication and analytical skills
