Everwild Nordic Spa is seeking a Wellness Ambassador & Kiosk Supervisor to lead a team at our holiday gift card kiosks. This temporary full time position offers a blend of retail sales, scheduling, and operational responsibilities until December 31. You will ensure smooth daily operations and help achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build weekly shift schedules for kiosk teams
• Track worked hours and manage shift coverage
• Resolve questions and escalate issues as needed
• Drive sales of gift cards and wellness experiences
• Maintain kiosk inventory and appearance
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or hospitality supervision
