Lead building operations at Vineland Research & Innovation Centre, Canada’s horticultural leader. This managerial role focuses on facilities, compliance, and safety within a vibrant research environment.

As the Building Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Operations and oversee all facility operations. Your expertise will ensure effective functioning of HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems to support scientific research and tenant activities. You will also work closely with a dedicated team to execute projects, maintenance, and enhancements across Vineland's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage effective operation of building systems • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Supervise facility-related projects and maintenance • Lead and develop the Building Operations team • Serve as Vineland’s Safety Officer

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree/diploma in relevant fields • Minimum 7 years’ experience in facility management • Recognized trade certification in technical areas • Valid Ontario Driver’s License • Strong project management and maintenance scheduling skills
