Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Meet vocational standards set by Ministry of Training
• Understand geriatric care needs and sanitation techniques
• Adhere to standards from Ontario Community Support Association
• Knowledge of bedside care and simple treatment procedures
