Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience One (1) year experience in a maintenance setting (commercial or industrial)
Education Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training Pool Operator certificate, where required
Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job
Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
