As a Registered Nurse in Pediatric ICU, you will provide independent care for critically ill pediatric patients utilizing established nursing processes and clinical benchmarks. Your ability to simplify complex medical concepts will enhance patient engagement during recovery and discharge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care tailored to pediatric patient needs




• Monitor and document patient vitals and assessments
• Identify changes in patients’ medical conditions
• Respond effectively to pediatric medical emergencies
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of PICU RN experience
• Solid emotional intelligence in patient interactions
