This full time term position (ending April 2027) offers the chance to make a tangible impact on families. You will teach essential life skills such as behavior modification and role modeling, and oversee scheduled family access visits. Additionally, you will maintain detailed reports on family dynamics and attend team meetings regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach life skills to families in the program
• Schedule and supervise family access visits
• Maintain accurate reports on family observations
• Attend and participate in Family Empowerment team meetings
• Advocate for Indigenous health and family services

Requirements:
• Social Services Diploma/Certificate preferred
• Grade 12 diploma plus three years related experience
• Minimum two years experience in similar roles
• Strong commitment to community service
• Experience with Indigenous communities is an asset
