Lead the Way as a Warehouse Manager!

Ready to take charge of a fast-paced warehouse operation and lead a team to success? We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives on organization, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence. Pay and Schedule:

$80,000.00 CAD annually

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (shift varies on operational needs, coverage)

Full-time position with regular working hours

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, and team leads

Oversee daily receiving, shipping, inventory, warehousing operations and drivers

Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements

Manage warehouse productivity, quality, and operational performance

Coordinate inventory counts and maintains inventory accuracy

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered industrial equipment

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency

Address operational challenges proactively and drive continuous improvement

Support staffing, attendance tracking, and employee performance management

All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow established procedures

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels

Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet above ground level

Must be comfortable working at heights and operating forklifts and manlifts (cherry pickers)

Previous forklift and/or manlift operating experience preferred

Must obtain forklift and manlift certification within 90 days of hire

Required to wear protective-toe footwear and appropriate PPE at all times
