You will work closely with external lawyers, assess claims based on insurance contracts, and help implement claims management policies. Effective communication and solid problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess new claims for coverage
• Manage claim files with various stakeholders
• Deliver training on risk management and products
• Assist with accounting functions as assigned
• Facilitate relationships with external legal partners

Requirements:
• 3-5 years as a claims adjuster
• Fluent in French and English
• Licensed by AMF in Quebec
• Knowledge of legal fees assessment
• Experience in insurance litigation is a plus
