The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, skilled in storytelling, and adept at organizing social events. Your main responsibilities will include relationship building, supporting inquiries, and overseeing essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors
• Maintain organized and inviting front welcome hub and lounge




• Collaborate on social event calendars with the Programs Manager
• Share resident stories and enhance communication channels
• Support residents navigating Home’s services and transition processes

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related field
• Experience in long-term care or community support
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google suites
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
