This role will support daily restaurant service, buffet service, prep, and event production.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standardsAssist with buffet, à la carte, and event food productionComplete daily prep lists and communicate any shortagesSet up, stock, and maintain assigned stationsCook proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other menu items as neededFollow proper food handling, cooling, reheating, and storage proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow health and safety standards at all timesAssist with receiving, rotation, labeling,
