The JCC is seeking a part-time Bridge Director to oversee its growing program beginning November 3, 2026. This role requires strong knowledge of Bridge and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for players of all skill levels. You’ll work independently to coordinate logistics and ensure an enjoyable experience for both beginners and seasoned players.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate Bridge programming on specified days
• Direct games, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Teach and facilitate sessions for all skill levels




• Foster relationships to enhance community participation
• Collaborate with staff on program logistics and registrations

Requirements:
• Robust knowledge of Bridge and experience in directing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills for managing program logistics
• Experience with older adults in community settings
• ACBL Director certification is an asset
