Our client, a long-standing family-owned insurance brokerage specializing in both Personal and Commercial Insurance, is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join its dynamic team in Saint-Hyacinthe or Beloeil.

WHAT WE OFFER
Permanent full-time position
Competitive base salary of $60,000 to $67,000 , based on experience
35% commission on new business sales, paid monthly
$125 commission for each CIME sale
Annual team performance bonus

Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
One evening shift per week (Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a personal lines portfolio valued at approximately $1 million
Process policy changes, renewals, quoting, and remarketing activities
Negotiate coverage solutions with various insurance carriers
Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying sales opportunities
Handle incoming client calls and emails related to assigned accounts
Obtain quotes from multiple insurers to provide competitive solutions
Manage renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities
Support client retention and account growth initiatives
Promote additional products and value-added solutions when appropriate
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Valid AMF Personal Lines Damage Insurance License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and dual-screen environments
Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
