Join the Ottawa Catholic School Board as a part-time Adult ESL Instructor for our night school program. Help students develop language and employment skills through engaging online classes.

This permanent position focuses on teaching adult learners at various CLB levels, led by a collaborative team. You will utilize creative teaching tools to enhance skills and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you’ll create customized content tailored to the needs of your students during online sessions or occasional in-person classes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach ESL curriculum utilizing various learning technologies
• Develop content aligned with CLB levels
• Maintain accurate attendance and learner skill records




• Engage collaboratively with administrative staff as needed
• Perform other related teaching duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Valid TESL Ontario Certification or equivalent
• Experience teaching various ESL levels
• Strong knowledge of PBLA and learning technologies
• Skills in cross-cultural collaboration and instructional design
• Experience in childcare or as an ECE preferred
