FirstService Residential in Toronto is seeking a Live-Out Superintendent for an upscale condominium, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will maintain a clean, safe workplace, report deficiencies, coordinate with the Property Manager, and assist residents and contractors.
The ideal candidate has condominium experience, hands-on knowledge of BAS and building systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC), excellent English communication, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
