Packaging Line Operator
About the Role
Join a leading global manufacturer as a Packaging Line Operator and become part of a team responsible for packaging approximately 35 million litres of product annually . This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including fillers, robots, air pumps, case erectors, and taping machines

Maintain accurate production and packaging records using SAP

Troubleshoot equipment and support continuous production improvements

Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while wearing required PPE

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members and other departments to support plant operations

Work occasional overtime as required

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

2-5 years of manufacturing or production experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications

Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a quick-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

SAP or other ERP system experience

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training

Strong attention to detail

Experience working rotating shifts

Working Conditions

Rotating 10-hour day and afternoon shifts every two weeks

Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pushing/pulling, crouching, and grasping throughout the shift

PPE required,



including the ability to wear a respirator and maintain a clean-shaven face if required
