As the Employability Manager, you will head the college-wide employability initiatives, developing enterprise projects and supporting the Supported Internship program. You will work closely with local employers, building partnerships that provide meaningful work opportunities. Managing a small team of Employability Coordinators, you'll ensure a seamless learner journey from skill-building to job placements, fostering aspirational outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver employability programmes for diverse learners
• Lead enterprise projects and manage the Supported Internship initiative




• Build partnerships with local employers for successful placements
• Collaborate with curriculum and transition staff to embed employability
• Manage and support a team of Employability Coordinators

Requirements:
• Experience with SEND learners in education or employment settings
• Knowledge of inclusive employment and supported internship models
• Familiarity with Gatsby benchmarks and Preparation for Adulthood framework
• Proven project management and partnership-building skills
• Line management experience and team-oriented leadership approach
