Lead and enhance the HCA program at Oxford International Vancouver Centre. This full time position involves managing academic delivery, coordinating faculty, and supporting student success.

As a HCA Program Manager, you will ensure compliance with BC curriculum, oversee daily administration, and facilitate orientations for both instructors and students. This role combines academic leadership with operational management to create a thriving learning environment for aspiring health care assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with BC Provincial HCA curriculum requirements
• Coordinate daily operations and resources for effective program delivery
• Facilitate orientation sessions for instructors and students




• Support practice education planning and resolve related issues
• Collaborate on curriculum revisions and industry partnerships

Requirements:
• Full registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Teaching experience with adult learners required
• 2+ years of relevant Canadian nursing experience
• Knowledge of healthcare system and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
